2. Or download installer from https://github.com/OpenCoworkAI/open-cowork/releases
3. For developers: git clone https://github.com/OpenCoworkAI/open-cowork.git && cd open-cowork && npm install && npm run rebuild && npm run dev
4. Get an API key from OpenRouter, Anthropic, or compatible provider
5. Launch the app, configure your model, and start chatting
